Worldwide Soccer '98 is Sega's Clatest football offering,
and its more of an update than an upgrade or a new version.
The '98 update includes all the goodies from last year,
including a silky-smooth 3D graphics engine, cool camera
angles and lightsourcing to die for.
What's new? Newer rosters for this season as well as
multiple languages and a newer, smoother color commentary
from Gary Bloom and Jacky Charlton. Everything else, from
the bicycle kicks and back-heel passes, shows up in full form
for '98.
If you're familiar with last year's, there's not much here that's
going to knock you over. But heck, this game's still the top
soccer title anywhere.
